Now, I want you to know that I sat down with my cousin Sal, my Aunt Teresa, and our head of kitchen operations — my other cousin Sal — and we gave this the full consideration it deserved. We had a conversation. A long one. Over espresso.

After careful deliberation, we have decided that kangaroo will not be joining the Cousin Vinny's menu at this time. Or any time. This is not personal. This is business. And the business is pizza. Dayton pizza. The kind your grandmother would recognize.
